I have been contacting Melissa Indot (http://www.melissaindot.com/) lately and we might be working for a project basis soon.

It really reminds me of Grant Nelson, Hott 22, Jay Kay and also Shape Shifters for some reason :)

Running Man Walking on Vinyl and digital download YO!!!!

Another great day yesterday when Pollux records from Greece agreed to sign another track of mine, Running Man Walking EP featuring two remixes both by me. It will be release both on Vinyl and digital download.

What a great feeling :)

It's always been my dream to see my name on a piece of vinyl since the first time i started djing.

Hello and salam friends and family.

How are you guys doing ? As for me, i am so thankfull to Allah almighty for his answers.

Today early morning, i got an email from Green Snake Records (www.myspace.com/greensnakerecords ) saying that they are interested in signing four (4) of my tracks.

One will be release as single and the other three will be release as an EP in October.

what a great start for me this year ahead.

What my mum said was true. I still remember last January she told me that this year (2010) i might achieve something big in my life.

Despite hardwork, prayers, faith in myself and all, i realize that family blessings and especially from our mother is very important in what ever that we are doing. Even to go out and watch movie or having fun with friends. Without blessings, nothing is fun :)

By the way here are the tracks that will be release at all major online stores i.e. Beatport, Juno, DJ Download, I-Tunes and etc. by Green Snake Records, an international label from Russia.

I just got confirmation that my next single called 'Disco Pasolla' will be out at all major online stores i.e. Beatport, Juno, DJ Download, I-Tunes etc. on June this year.

The single will be release by a local label that is recognized in the international circuit, 220V Digital Recordings (www.myspace.com/220vdigitalrecordings ), owns by one of our best local DJ/producer Nicky C.

More than 1500 people witnessed this great competition and newly opened Zouk Kuala Lumpur was packed and cramped during the event.

I was announced 1st Runner Up and my good old friend Anowl was the Champion on that year.

Mono remix on Allahyarham Sudirman - Basikal Tua

Dear my friends,

About last 2 months, i was working on a remix of our late legendary entertainer, Sudirman Hj. Arshad track called 'Hidup Sederhana-Basikal Tua'.

It was an unofficial remix that i simply did just for fun and to sharpen my music producing skills that suddenly have caught attention by many Electronic Dance Music (EDM) Label from Germany, USA and also Mexico.

They really show their interest in releasing this particular remix and said that they would even pay the cost of clearing the rights to Warner Music and also EMI Malaysia in order for them to release the track on digital download.

According to them this is what electronic dance music sound globally at current. But as for me, i still think that there are so many areas that need and can be improved :)

Last week on the 1st April 2010 Thursday, me and my other DJ friend, Siam (stage name) went and meet up Cik Mokh (Mokhtaza Ahmad) and Peter Heath of Warner Music South East Asia and we sit down for more than 3 hours and discuss about releasing an album. And thank you so much to Mr. Larry Yusof of Warner Music for the recomendation. I will never forget the first time we talk about this project on the phone, i think it was last January.

Until this stage, lots and lots and tonnes of positive response had been given towards this music project (even from Arwah older sister). Alhamdulillah and syukur to Allah S.W.T , soon 'Mono' is coming up with an electronic dance music (EDM) album that will be featuring some big names of Malaysia's best and finest artist in this album. The highlight of this album will be the remix version of 'Basikal Tua'. This album will be distributed by Warner Music South East Asia and InsyaAllah will be out after Aidilfitri this year of 2010.

I will also be working on with the student of Aswara @ ASK (Akedemi Seni Kebangsaan Malaysia) to make this music project even better and interesting.

So 'Etniktronica' is coming out soon and i hope to get full support from all of you my fans and friends that have been supporting me and also our local dance music scene all these years.
